Carrodano’s Recipe on How to Solve Port Congestion.
Group Managing Director of the NALCOMET Group, Mr Pier Luigi Carrodano has listed the characteristics of port congestion in Nigeria so far and advised the Nigerian Ports Authority on a variety of ways to begin to solve the recurrent problem. In a lecture delivered to the Maritime Arbitrators Association of Nigeria recently, Carrodano promised the cooperation of the private terminal operators in order to see that the adverse effects of port congestion and strikes by port workers are curtailed.
