Lt. General T. Y.Danjuma, Founder
Lt. Gen. T Y Danjuma is a retired General of the Nigerian Army, who performed brilliantly during his military career and attained the position of the Chief of Army Staff. In recognition of his hard work, dedication and devotion to duty, he was awarded a national honour - Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger. He is a respected personality in the society. General Danjuma wealth of management experience is highly reflected in the company's management. In the recent past, he served as the Honourable Minister of Defence in the civilian democratic administration of President Olusegun Obasanjo from 1999 to 2003. As the founder of the NAL-Comet Group of companies, General Danjuma's national prestige remains a strong point and he is a steady supporter of the corporate strides being made now and in the future. |

Chief Barrister Musa Danjuma is an articulate lawyer and a manager of men and assets; with great wealth of experience in business management for many years. He has a lot of zeal for his job.
His vast experience in work and management includes work in the following organisations : as a legal counsel at Federal Ministry of Justice, Lagos; Director, Albaco International Limited, Lagos; Director, Songhai Petroleum Co. Limited; Director, Inter-Contractors Nigeria Limited. His other work experiences are executive director, Nigeria America Line Limited; executive director, Comet Shipping Agencies Nigeria Limited; Director, Best Land & Sea Services Nigeria Limited - Port Harcourt; Director, Tarabaroz Fisheries Nigeria Limited and Director, Soimi Nigeria Limited.
He is currently executive chairman, Nigeria America Line Limited;
executive chairman, Comet Shipping Agencies Nigeria Limited;
chairman, Tarabaroz Fisheries Nigeria Limited; chairman, Galba Limited - Engineering & Technical Services - Port Harcourt; chairman, Best Land & Sea Services Nigeria Limited – Port Harcourt; chairman, Plantgeria Company Limited - Port Harcourt; chairman, Danelec Limited - Port Harcourt; chairman, Tethys Plantgeria Limited - Port Harcourt; director, Mediterranean Shipping Company Nigeria Limited; executive chairman, Five Star Logistics Limited; and, director, Berger Paints Nigeria Plc.
His duties are mainly a general overview of the companies’ strategic planning, management and administration.
He has attended the following courses: Chief Executive Programme, Lagos Business School; Development of Nigeria Legal System; and Nigerian National Shipping Policy and Maritime Trade.
His hobbies are squash racket, swimming and football and he is married with children.

Mrs Gloria Atta, Executive Director
Mrs Gloria Atta is a graduate of King's School, Cambridge and King's School Ely, UK. She also graduated from Brillantmont Ecole International, Lausanne, Switzerland in 1990,and between 1990 and 1994 was in Belmont Abbey College, Belmont, NC, USA. Her intense desire for quality knowledge widened with her successful fulfillment of the requirements of the famous Lagos Business School, where she majored in areas as managing economic risks, finance accounting and managing haulage in supply chain. |

Mr. P.L. Carrodano. Italian, Managing Director
Mr P.L. Carrodano has over thirty years of working experience in international shipping practice. He has held top positions in shipping companies in continents: Africa, Europe and North America (USA). He is a shipping expert with educational backgrounds in financial and economic disciplines and his hands-on experience is unequivocal. Mr Carrodano, whose inspiration assisted greatly the establishment of Comet Shipping Agencies Nigeria Ltd has been using his vast knowledge of the intricate world of shipping to achieve high profitability and to efficiently put the companies under his management in the right footing for the challenges of the new millennium in a fast developing maritime economy like Nigeria. |

MR J THEUERKAUF, German, General Manager
MR J THEUERKAUF, German, General Manager, master mariner also holds a masters degree in economics and has played important roles in the administrative posture of the NAL-Comet group. He speaks three languages: German, English and French and has worked with most of the frontline names among the European shipping lines trading into Nigerian seaports DAL Hamburg (Woermann Linie), WASA Lagos office, CMBT Lagos office, Safmarine Nigeria Ltd, A.P. Moeller (Maersk Line) and also Maersk Nigeria Ltd. He represents a wide embodiment of experience which is quite useful for the Comet Agencies and would prove even more so in the eventual concession operations. |

Mr B.A. ADESINA, Chief Accountant
Mr B.A. Adesina is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He holds a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), with specialization in international business from Lagos State University. He has over 20 years accounting experience. His prudent financial management and control has greatly contributed to the success of NAL-Comet Shipping Agencies. |
