Nalcomet Group Chairman elected chairman of Nigerian Shipping Roundtable

Chief (Barr.) Musa Danjuma, the executive chairman of the NALCOMET Group has been elected the first chairman of the newly formed indigenous shipping association, The Roundtable of Indigenous Shipping Practitioners Association of Nigeria (ISPAN). Meeting in Apapa Lagos the ISPAN members elected Danjuma to pilot the affairs of the group which is seeking a resumption of favourable cargo support mechanism from the government that will aid the resuscitation of the dwindling fortunes of many Nigerian shipping lines which collapsed when cargo support regime was withdrawn in 2000.

Other officers of the association include Otunba Kunle Folarin as vice chairman and Mr Edmund Chilaka as secretary.
